On February 15th, 2014 at approximately 2:00am, Peterborough County OPP officers stopped a motor vehicle on Chemong Road in the Township of Selwyn. A subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Ashley Vance, 25 years of Peterborough, Ontario
Section 253(1)(a) Criminal Code – Impaired Driving”
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code – ” Over 80mgs.”
Ms. Vance is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on March 27th
