(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 36 year old male and 38 year old male after police were called to a Stanley Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, September 5, 2013, approximately 3:27 a.m., police were called to Stanley Street for a report of an assault.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal altercation which then escalated into a physical confrontation.
As a result of the investigation, a 36 year old male and 38 year old male were arrested and charged.
Charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Mischief Under $5000, Cause Disturbance and Breach of Probation Order is 36 year old Rawle Dacosta TROTMAN of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Cause Disturbance is 38 year old Beven Michael CULLIMORE of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
