(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On March 26, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service with regards to a stabbing in progress. As a result of police investigation, Lisa STEPHEN, 35, of Keshechewan, has been charged with the following:
Aggravated Assault as per section 268 of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC) and with
Fail to Comply with Probation Order as per section 733.1(1) of the (CC).
She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing on March 30, 2015 at 10:00 am for a bail hearing.
(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On March 22, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service with regards to a disturbance. As a result of police investigation, Lisa STEPHEN, 35, of Keshechewan has been charged with two counts of Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking given by Officer in Charge as per section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC). She appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on March 23, 2015 at 10:00 am.
