Arrest Made In Identity Thefts – Mayoura BOUNNAK & Tihomir PEEV Wanted By Police

(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH) – On the 9th of November 2016, Nottawasaga OPP officers responded to a theft of a “bobcat” skid steer in the Town of Alliston. The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at an address on Boyne Street where the following items were recovered:

Eight (8) Stolen vehicles of an estimated value of $160,000, which include a Cadillac STS, a Ford Van, a GMC van, two motorcycles,

Household appliances, generators with a value in excess of $100,000

Counterfeit identification, including Quebec and Ontario Driver’s Licences

Over one hundred counterfeit Credit Cards

Over one hundred stolen credit card numbers

Equipment to manufacture counterfeit Credit Cards and identification

During the investigation, it was established that the accused parties had committed offences throughout Ontario and Quebec.

Nottawasaga OPP Street Crime Unit have arrested 44 year old Fabio MORGANI of Alliston.

Warrants have been issued for:

Tihomir PEEV (male) 40 years of age

Mayoura BOUNNAK (female) 37 years of age, both of no fixed address.

Charges for all three parties include:

Participation in a Criminal Organization CCC 467.11

Conspiracy to commit Fraud Over $5000 CCC 465(1)(c)

Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 CCC 354(1)

Identity Theft CC 402.2(1)

Possession of stolen credit card data CC 342(1)

Nottawasaga OPP are seeking the assistance of the public in locating the two wanted persons. Their photographs are attached.
