On February 16, 2014 at 9:28 pm, Waterloo Regional Police responded to a fenced construction site in the Market Square area of Frederick Street in Kitchener, for a male who had entered the site and injured his leg. As a result of a fall the male was transported to Grand River Hospital by ambulance with a non-life threatening injury. A 39 year old Burlington male was subsequently arrested for break and enter, mischief, and obstruct police. Investigation is continuing.
