(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a male after police were called to a Clinton Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, July 27, 2014 at approximately 3:21 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a male located in a vehicle on Clinton Street. As a result, police located the vehicle and through investigation subsequently arrested and charged a 62 year old male.
Charged with care or control while impaired and refuse to provide breath sample is 62 year old, Arnold James MILES of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
