On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 4:20 a.m., a lone male was walking northbound in the area of Columbia Street West and Albert Street in Waterloo, when he was confronted by 4 males. The males knocked him to the ground and took some of his personal belongings. The males then fled the scene on foot. The males are described as brown skinned and between 17-18 years old.
