(LEAMINGTON, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington responded to a call of a male asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle on April 18, 2016 at approximately 11:20 p.m. on Oak Street at Erie Street.
Officers responded and observed the grey Chevrolet sitting in the through lane at the intersection. The driver was issued a Roadside Screening Demand, which he failed.
He was arrested at the scene.
Michael PANNUNZIO, age 52 of Leamington was charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on May 19, 2016 to answer to the charges.
