(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On October 7, 2017 at approximately 8:55 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle on Erindale Drive, Town of Erin.
Officers responded and found a male in the driver’s seat of a vehicle clearly intoxicated by alcohol. He was arrested for Care or Control and transported to a local OPP Detachment for testing.
27-year-old Kyran MAINE of Erin, Ontario has been charged with Care or Control Over 80 and Care or Control While Impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. He is scheduled to attend Guelph Court on November 17, 2017.
