(North Dundas) – On 18Aug13, at approximately 01:00am, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on Boyne Road, North Dundas Township.
The stop revealed that the 45yr old male driver (Allan OUIMETTE of Morewood, On) was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle
Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana
He is scheduled to appear 03Sept13 in Morrisburg court.
