ALERT: Dennis Wihnon Arrested

(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 30th, 2011 at 4:08 pm, the South Bruce OPP attempted to stop a suspected stolen vehicle in the Walkerton area.

Unmarked units blocked the vehicle, a black Honda car but in the process the male driver who has been identified as Dennis WIHNON was able to escape the scene on foot.

On September 2nd, 2011 at approximately 1:50 pm, Dennis WHINON was arrested at a business on Duke Street, Kitchener, by the Waterloo Regional Police Emergency Response Unit, following a short chase. He is being held in police custody pending an appearance in bail court, scheduled for September 3, 2011.
