(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 40 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called about a vehicle at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, September 15, 2013 at approximately 7:08 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle that was leaving a parking lot in Simcoe. As a result of investigation, police located the vehicle and subsequently arrested a 40 year old male.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Fail to Provide Breath Sample is 40 year old Roger Correa PAIS from Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
