(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has arrested and charged a 24 year old male after police were called to a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, October 9, 2014 at approximately 9:53 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after they observed an unknown vehicle in a laneway near their residence. The resident went outside at which time the vehicle left the laneway and travelled a short distance stopping in another driveway. The driver then exited his vehicle and began to yell at the resident.
Police were immediately contacted and as a result, located the vehicle and driver. Through the course of investigation police arrested and charged a 24 year old male.
Charged with the following offences is 24 year old Tyler Jeffrey WINDSOR of North Middlesex, Ontario.
Obstructing peace officer
Possession of Marihuana
Breach of recognizance
Driving while under suspension
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
