(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 41 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called about a vehicle at a Water Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, August 10, 2013 at approximately 1:11 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle that was currently parked in a parking lot in downtown Simcoe. As a result of investigation, police located the vehicle and subsequently arrested a 41 year old male.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit is 41 year old Jody Charles SMITH from Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
