(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 22, 2015 at approximately 11:36 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer investigated the driver of a 2002 Dodge for driving aggressively on Wellington Road 18 near Gerrie Road in Centre Wellington Township. During the investigation police determined that the driver had recently smoked marihuana as well observed and seized suspected bud marihuana from inside the vehicle. He was arrested and released at that scene with a court date.
37-year-old Daniel TERRY of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 7, 2015 to answer to the charge.
