(LONDON, ON) – On December 8, 2017, at approximately 2:40 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Exeter Road and Wellington Road, City of London.
The officer determined that the 29-year-old male driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. A breath demand was requested and the driver failed the roadside breath test. He was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath tests.
As a result of the police investigation, Addison BOUTCHER, of London, has been charged with having Over 80mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on January 15, 2018.
