(SOUTH HURON, ON) – A 28 year old from South Huron has been charged with Break & Enter and Mischief after Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to an alarm call at the Exeter Co-Op Fertilizer Plant located on Kirkton Road.
Yesterday morning around 7:20 a.m. Huron OPP officers responded to the business after a burglar alarm was tripped. Officers arrived on scene and discovered a male standing inside the office building. Officers also located damage to an office door.
Officers spoke with the male and determined he did not belong in the building. He was promptly arrested and taken into custody.
Adam PATTERSON, 28, from South Huron has been charged with Break, Enter with Intent to Commit Indictable Offence and Mischief Under $5,000. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on April 23, 2015.
