Adam LEHMAN – Drive While Suspended

(IROQUOIS FALLS) – An officer with the Iroquois Falls Ontario Provincial Police has charged a local man with Driving Under Suspension stemming from a traffic stop on Hwy 67 within the town of Iroquois Falls on August 29th, 2014.

While conducting traffic patrol of Hwy 67, in the town of Iroquois Falls, an OPP officer had occasion to observe a vehicle being driven with a mechanical defect.

The driver was stopped by the OPP officer.

Based on routine checks performed by the officer it was determined that the driver is currently under suspension in the province of Ontario.

As a result, Adam LEHMAN, 40, of Iroquois Falls, Ontario, has been charged with Driving While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused driver is required to attend Provincial Court, in Timmins on September 25th, to answer to the charge laid against him.
