(Elizabethtown Twp) – On August 19th, 2014 at approximately 6:15pm, Leeds County OPP officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle at a property on Howe Road, Elizabethtown Township. Investigation indicated the vehicle was linked to a missing person incident from the City of Belleville.
Leeds OPP officers, assisted by OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit, Snowmobile – All-Terrain – Vessel Enforcement (SAVE) and OPP Helicopter Unit members are currently at the scene searching the area.
