At approximately 10:25am on November 16, 2015 the Owen Sound Police Service responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of 10th Street West and 9th Avenue West.
The investigation revealed that a Chevrolet Uplander operated by a 92 year Owen Sound resident was travelling eastbound on 10th Street West when he entered the intersection on a red light. A blue Kia was travelling southbound on 9th Avenue West and collided with the Chevrolet Uplander. There were no reported injuries but both vehicles were towed from the scene.
The 92 year old male was charged with red light fail to stop.
