(Selwyn Township, ON) – On Saturday November 29, at approximately 9:15pm, members of the Peterborough County OPP were driving on Buckhorn Road when a vehicle pulled out of a church and almost caused a collision with the police unit. The vehicle was pulled over after it continued to drive erratically. Officers located open alcohol inside the vehicle.
Charged is Robert MARLER (77 years) of Selwyn Township is charged with Impaired Operation and Having more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. Mr. Marler is to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on January 08, 2015 to answer to the charges.
