(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 77-year-old male after police investigated an incident at an Argyle Street South, Caledonia, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 23, 2016 at approximately 5:10 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned resident after a male engaged in an indecent act inside the McDonalds Restaurant.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 77-year-old Robert Brian FLINT of Haldimand County, Ontario with indecent act and two (2) counts of indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
