(ESSEX, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Essex stopped a blue Dodge on Talbot Street near Maidstone Avenue on February 7, 2016 at approximately 10:10 a.m.
Officers spoke to the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle and information revealed that the driver was disqualified from driving under the Criminal Code of Canada due to a previous Criminal Code conviction. His vehicle was impounded as a result.
Larry FERRIS, age 67 of Essex, was charged with Drive While Disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He will appear in a Windsor Court on March 8, 2016 to answer to the charge.
