(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) has laid charges in relation a sexual assault which occurred in Sebringville. The alleged incident happened in June, 2015, and involved a male victim.
Thomas LUCKHART (54) from the Township of Perth East has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Sexual Assault on person under 16 years of age
– Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age
On July 02, 2015, the male was arrested and held for a bail hearing at the Provincial Court of Justice in Stratford. He has been released on a Recognizance of Bail and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on July 20, 2015, to answer to the charges.
