5 Vehicles Have Tires And Rims Stolen In Goderich

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating a theft of rims and tires that were stolen last week from the Goderich Honda dealership located on Huron Road in Goderich.

On Friday, November 24, 2017 around 4:00 a.m. a delivery driver pulled into the dealership lot whereupon he immediately noticed several vehicles put up on cinder blocks with missing rims and tires.

In total, five brand new Honda vehicles had the complete set of tires and rims stolen. The suspects also smashed out the passenger side window of a brand new Honda Accord and proceeded to steal a wheel lock key. The total value of the stolen rims and tires is estimated at $17,000.

Police believe the suspects used a lift jack device to complete the theft.
