(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On May 16th, 2015, at approximately 2:40 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a “911” call that advised that a father and daughter in a family were fighting at their residence in the Village of Midhurst.
Upon arrival and an in depth investigation by OPP it was determined that an initial verbally argument escalated between a 49 year old male and a 15 year old female to where this female was struck several times about the face by this male.
Charged with “Assault” is a 49 year old male from Springwater Twp.
