The OPP and policing committee found that there were 3 vehicles with the window open. One vehicle was found to have the keys in the ignition and 42 vehicles were found to be unlocked.

Through this initiative 51 vehicles were found to have valuables visible in the front seat which included purses, GPS units, change, wrapped gifts, cellular phones, cameras, DVD player, golf bag, Sirius radio, IPod and keys.

The OPP want to remind everyone that if you can’t take the items with you, please put them out of sight.
