On October 16th, 2015 a dispute between two adult males occurred on Appalachian Crescent in the city of Kitchener. The dispute resulted in a 30 year old Kitchener male being cut with a knife, causing minor injuries to his arm. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival however, was located a short time later at the Grand River Transit terminal on Charles Street. He was arrested after a short foot pursuit. The 19 year old Kitchener male will appear in court on October 17th charged with assault, assault with a weapon, Breach of Recognizance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
