(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On September 4th, 2016 at approximately 3:15 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle that was on Mosley Street, which was exhibiting signs of impairment.
This vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the female driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol however this person failed to provide a proper breath sample when requested.
Charged with “Fail or Refuse to provide Sample” is Kaur N. BATTH 26 years old from Brampton, Ontario. First appearance is September 27th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
