(Ottawa, ON) –The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 24yr old Ottawa man following their investigating in an incident that took place on October 01st on Highway 416 in the City of Ottawa.
The Ottawa man has been charged with the following:
1) Forcible Confinement Section 279(2) Criminal Code of Canada
2) Uttering Threats Section 264.1(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada
