(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On March 5th, 2016 a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located and arrested a male walking on River Road West who was responsible for 11 Break and Enters and 4 Attempt Break and Enters in the Town of Wasaga Beach since mid-November 2015.
This apprehension concluded an extensive OPP investigation with the assistance of the Huronia West Street Crime Unit and our OPP Identification Support Bureau.
Charged with 11 counts of “Break, Enter Dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence” and 4 counts of “Attempt Break, Enter Dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence” is a Michael G. ZAAKIR 24 year of age from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is April 5th, 2016.
