(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – At approximately 1:09 a.m. on November 1, 2015, the Middlesex county Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed an erratic driver travelling westbound on Elginfield Road, and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Richmond Street, after the vehicle turned southbound.
Officers determined that the 22-year-old male of the black GMC pickup truck had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”. He was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Brady GREB-WEITZEL, from West Perth, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to appear in a London court on December 2, 2015, to answer the charges.
