(Clinton, ON.) – On June 5th, 2009 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Section, along with members of the Huron County Detachment and Western Region Emergency Response Team, executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrants in the Municipality of Central Huron.
The first search warrant was executed on a residence located on Huron Road in Clinton. Police located cocaine, cannabis marihuana, cannabis hashish, and psilocybin, worth and estimated street value of $2500.00. Police also seized a quantity of Canadian Currency and a motor vehicle valued at $30 000.
3 Clinton residents were charged as a result of the first warrant.
Robert MARRIAGE, 34yrs is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cannabis Hashish, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Psilocybin, and Breach of Recognizance.
Jessica REEVES, 24yrs, and Daniel DUPEE, 35yrs, are charged with Possession of Cocaine.
MARRIAGE was initially held in custody pending an audio hearing on the 6th of June 2009. He has since been released on a recognizance of bail requiring his return to Goderich court on the 6th of July, 2009.
REEVES and DUPEE were released on an undertaking with a court date of the 10th of August 2009, at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich, Ontario.
Police executed the second warrant at a residence on Rattenbury Street East in Clinton, and arrested two Clinton residents.
Police seized cocaine worth an estimated street value of $21 000.00, and a quantity of Canadian Currency.
Patrick ANTLE, 32yrs, and Barbara PIGEAU, 28yrs, are charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Stolen Property. Both were initially held in custody pending an audio hearing on the 6th of June 2009. They have since been released, each on a recognizance of bail requiring their return to Goderich court on the 15th of June, 2009
