(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On February 12, 2016 at approximately 1:30 p.m. officers of the East Algoma OPP conducted a traffic stop on Mississauga Avenue in Elliot Lake.
Police spoke with the driver and upon further investigation Keiran LARIN (21) of Garson, Ontario has been charged with the following:
Operate Motor Vehicle on a Highway – No Insurance as per section 2(1)(a) of the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
Driving While Under Suspension as per section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act
Fail to Surrender Permit for a Motor Vehicle as per section 7(5)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on March 16th, 2016.
