(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 1, 2017 at approximately 11:00 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officer stopped a 1999 Chevrolet pickup on Wellington Road 39, Guelph-Eramosa Township. The officer discovered suspected marihuana in the vehicle and the male driver was arrested and released at the scene.
21-year-old Jacob WATTERS of Elora has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 7, 2017.
