(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 27th, 2010 at 12:20 am, South Bruce OPP officers were conducting R.I.D.E. on Saratoga Road in Kincardine when they discovered alcohol in a vehicle. 2 of the passengers were charged with Person under 19 years having alcohol. The liquor was seized before the vehicle left the check point.
