(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Saturday morning October 23, 2010 the Perth County OPP was advised that a used farm tractor had been stolen from Fawcett Tractor Supply located on Road 120 East of St.Marys.
The theft took place sometime between 5 p.m. on Friday October 22, and 7:30 a.m. on Saturday October 23.
The tractor was parked at the front of the dealership between other tractors facing Road 120, and is described as a red 1973 Massey Ferguson, model 1085 bearing a serial number of #42186.
Anyone who may have seen a red farm tractor on the roads east of St.Marys on Friday night or who saw a tractor being loaded onto a trailer in the area is requested to contact the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. You can also remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-2220-TIPS.
