(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On May 5, 2016 at approximately 10:20 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an unknown vehicle stuck in the mud on private property on Grey Road 1 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
Police arrived and found the driver of the 2013 Jeep vehicle was impaired by drug. He was arrested and transported to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment where he was evaluated by a qualified Drug Recognition Evaluator.
19-year old Jonathan Vlade CHIARAMONTE of the Township of Georgian Bluffs was charged with care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired by drug. He was also charged with trespassing.
A court date of June 23, 2016 has been scheduled in Owen Sound.
