(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 19-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a McNab Street East, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at approximately 12:36 a.m., an officer was conducting patrols in the area of McNab Street East, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 19-year-old Dawson HERON of Norfolk County, with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
