(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – On Tuesday December 4, 2012 at approximately 2:30 pm members of the County of Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received report of a single motor vehicle collision – car into a tree on Side Road 20 North near Concession 4 in Puslinch Township.
Firefighters from the Puslinch Fire Department and Paramedics from Guelph – Wellington EMS also responded to the scene.
Investigation revealed that the 2012 Ford Mustang was southbound on Side Road 20 when the driver lost control, left the roadway and struck a tree. The male driver was transported by ambulance to Guelph General Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Andrew Neundorf aged 19 of Puslinch Twp has been charged with Over 80mgs, Impaired Driving, Drive Disqualified, Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent and Breach of Probation contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on January 11, 2013 to answer to the charges.
