(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) –On September 3, 2015 at approximately 3:44 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an incident at a residence on Concession 7, Wellington North Township. A young man was reported to be submerged in a pond. Police located the unconscious male and he was brought to a local hospital by Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He was later transferred to a Hamilton hospital.
On September 5, 2015 17-year-old Abram WALL of Wellington North Township passed away.
