A 16 year old youth was caught shoplifting at Canadian Tire on Bayfield Street and apprehended by loss prevention officers after a brief struggle. The youth was currently bound by three separate probation orders as well as being out on bail for eleven counts of breaching those probation orders. The youth has been charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
