(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 16, 2014 at 12:38 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Broadway Street in Kincardine stopped a Blue Toyota for a stop sign violation and discovered that the driver was 15 years old. The driver, a 15 year old from the Municipality of Kincardine, was charged for Drive with no licence and Fail to stop at stop sign. The accused can’t be identified under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
