(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On January 13, 2015 at approximately 11:55 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. Program on Highway 6 North and College Avenue, Guelph. A male was driving a 2001 Chrysler and officers located approximately 12 grams of suspected marijuana. He was arrested and released at the scene with a court date.
Bill Toms age 53 of Guelph is charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 24, 2015 to answer the charge.
