12 Arrested In Drug Bust

(SAGAMOK FIRST NATION) The Anishinabek Police Service Sagamok Detachment & the APS Major Crime & Investigative Support Unit conducted an investigation into the sale of illegal drugs on the Sagamok First Nation. The APS had received numerous complaints of individuals selling and using prescription and illegal drugs.

The operation ran during the months of August through October and resulted in nine (9) purchases of Oxycodone and Cannabis Marihuana from four (4) different residences on the Sagamok First Nation.

The investigation resulted in the seizure of 80 mg Oxycodone Pills and Cannabis Marijuana. One Search Warrant executed at a residence.

Arrested for drug related offences.
