1 Charged 4 Injured in Highway 9 Crash

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On January 3, 2010 at 6:45 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a head on collision on Highway 9, west of the Hamlet of Bervie. A White Chevrolet Lumina was traveling westbound on Highway 9 following a snow plow. The vehicle crossed the centre line and struck an eastbound Black Dodge Dakota. The occupants of the truck, Thomas Culliton, Lisa Newton and Kyle Pfeffer were taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries. 31 year old Josiah Horrocks of Guelph is charged with “Failing to Drive in Marked Lane”. He was treated for minor injuries at hospital and released.
