(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON) The collision that occurred earlier today was between a recycling truck and the rail bridge. As a result of the collision, the driver of the truck, 33 year old Ryan TIGCHELAAR is being charged under the Highway Traffic Act with Disobey Sign.
