(Grey County, ON) – Members of the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Section, OPP Norfolk County Detachment Crime Unit and the OPP Grey County Detachment Crime Unit have arrested and charged a Meaford man after it was alleged he communicated with a fifteen year old girl over the Internet for a sexual purpose.
On April 13th 2010, police arrested 24 year old Todd GRAHAM of Meaford, Ontario, and charged him with one count of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Invitation to Sexual Touching. GRAHAM is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice located at 611 9th Avenue East, Owen Sound on April 14th 2010.
