Kenneth MILLER – Drunk Driving, Breach

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a resident of Exeter with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus) following a traffic stop that took place last weekend south of Exeter.   

On Friday, August 5, 2022, at approximately 2:06 p.m. Huron County OPP officers were conducting Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) checks on Kirkton Road when a pickup truck entered in the checkpoint. While speaking with the driver the investigating officer noted some open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle.

A roadside screening test was conducted and the driver registered a fail. The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to the Huron OPP Detachment where he provided two samples of his breath to a qualified Intoxilizer Technician. Both samples were analyzed and they were found to be over the legal limit.

Kenneth MILLER, 53 years of age from Exeter has been charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus) and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
