(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On December 17, 2016, at approximately 11:45 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an incident involving a motor vehicle which had entered the south ditch on Hamilton Road, near Veteran’s Memorial, in the City of London, Ontario.
Officers determined that the 27-year-old male driver of the black Honda had been drinking alcohol and he was placed under arrest.
As a result of the police investigation, Amandip GREWAL, from Kitchener, Ontario, has been charged with care or control while impaired (alcohol), contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court on January 31, 2017.
